Our Story

Born from a simple question: why can't a café be this fun?

Wacky Daiquiri started when our founders realized Folsom was missing something — a place that didn't force you to choose between a serious coffee ritual and a lively cocktail scene. So we built one.

By day, we're your neighborhood café: single-origin pour-overs, house-baked pastries, and a workspace that actually feels welcoming. By night, the espresso machine steps aside for our cocktail program — fresh-squeezed daiquiris, seasonal specials, and a menu that changes with the mood of the month.
